Here we have a very original and well cared example of the classic 2002 Tii. Last owner was a BMW tech. Mechanically the car was gone thru less than 5000 mile ago. Work included complete head job with new valve guides and seats. all new gaskets, new waterpump, new motor mounts and all belts replaced. Also a new clutch was installed and a complete brake job performed. car runs and drives excellent and everything functions as it should. Cosmetically at the same time the car was stripped and painted the original color. Paint is very nice with no major issues anywhere. One small dent is in the center of the trunck from a rake falling on it. All rubber trim was replaced when painted. Chrome has lost some of its shine but has no pitting or peeling. Interior is original and in remarkable shape considering the age. The dash does have a 3 inch crack right in the center. All gauges, lights, signals, wipers, heater blower, and the radio work great. underneath the car is exceptional with no rust issues at all. Pictures underneath available upon request. Wheels are in nice shape with no curbing anywhere. Tires are 80%. Overall the car is quite correct and ready for its next owner.
